Dolphin Blue’s 9x12 Booklet-Style Envelopes are made of 24 lb. Writing paper, easily holding a stack of 8 1/2x11 Letter sheets (unfolded), Brochure or a 9x11 3/4 Pocket Folder. Booklet-Style Envelopes open at the top/back, flap running in the 12" dimension. 24 Lb. Writing is standard Stationery Envelope stock. Standard packaging for 24lb. 9x12 Booklet-Style Envelopes is 500 per box.

All paper products provided by Dolphin Blue are GUARANTEED to perform flawlessly on all Office Printers. Envelopes create a challenge for most office printers. Always perform a test prior to stacking envelopes in your printer so you can be sure the envelopes will run through your printer.

100PCF EcoFibre White Zircon (silver white), Smoked Quartz (rose-beige), Topaz Gold (yellow-gold) & Blue Sapphire (soft blue) are VERY GOOD paper choices for creating a sustainable planet!

Swatch-books of all papers we offer are available. To order a swatch-book, click here. Any purchase of sample swatch-books will be refunded and applied to your purchase, if made within 21 days of your swatch-book/sample purchase.

100PCR are papers comprised of 100% post consumer recycled waste fibers, using NO virgin wood pulp nor tree-derived fibers.

 

100PCF are papers comprised of 100% post consumer recycled waste fibers that are certified processed chlorine free, preventing additional potentially-harmful chlorine compounds, dioxins and organo-chlorines from entering our vital water ecosystems, thereby reducing the risk of adverse human health effects and chemical influence on fellow species.

 

100FSC are papers comprised of 100% post consumer recycled waste fibers that have been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council as having been produced in a manner that retains healthy forests and ecologically-viable and species-diverse habitat. Some, not all, of the 100FSC papers are also 100PCF.

If you have artwork/design files:

 

When sending your art/layout files, please send a PDF (minimum 300 dpi) with the design file. To be able to view your art/layout file, it is mandatory we have a PDF that we can easily open. Our print plant is located in another building, away from where we view your PDFs (they have Macs, we have PCs).

We print your order from the following file types:

·          .eps

·          .tif

·          .PDF

Please provide your art/design file to Dolphin Blue at minimum 300 dpi (dots per inch), 600 dpi is preferable

 

Acceptable design programs:

·          Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PDF)

·          QuarkXPress

 

If you have no artwork, please visit our Graphic Designer Directory. If you do not provide print-ready artwork/files, there may be additional charges for setup and make-ready -- minimum charges will be $75.00 for such prep work.

 

The following may incur additional costs, above and beyond the costs displayed on pricing page(s):

·          Papers that are not shown ($50.00 extra - the papers shown are easily available because we have them in stock - other papers may need to be special-ordered and cut to size, incurring additional costs. Linens, Laids, Felts, Vellums, etc. may be available. For these special papers call 1(800) 932-7715.

·          Trapped images, close registration, or hairline registration in your artwork/design ($34.00 additional). For example click here.

·          Edge Bleeds in your artwork/design (extra $14.00 per edge - if bleed appears on ALL edges, $56.00 extra). For example click here.
